Demi Moore won over fans at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards yesterday when she celebrated her very first Golden Globe win and delivered a powerful acceptance speech.
In her speech, The Substance star, 62, reminded fans to “know the value of your worth” by “putting down the measuring stick,” to cheers from the audience.
And now her family’s sweet reaction to the incredible news has been revealed, with daughter Rumer Willis sharing a video of her and her siblings Scout LaRue and Tallulah erupting into applause and cheering as their mother took home the award for best female actor in a film – musical or comedy.

“Yeah you won, Demi Moore!” they screamed in unison.

The award win was extra special for Moore, as it was her first major acting award win throughout her extensive 45-year career.

During her speech, after having won the award for her new film, The Substance, Moore said she was “humbled” by the win and said in part of her speech an anecdote about knowing your worth.
“In those moments, when we don’t think we’re smart enough, or pretty enough, or skinny enough, or successful enough, or basically just not enough,” she began.
“I had a woman say to me, ‘Just know, you will never be enough, but you can know the value of your worth if you just put down the measuring stick’.”
She also said she was once told decades ago that she was a “popcorn actress” by a movie producer.
